    Its a one day process about 2-4 hours for tubs, shower pan, sinks. 4-6 hours for full bathroom refinishes and kitchen countertops. 

    Please scroll down to the appointment prep page to see details. For the most part you may be home during the process. If you are sensitive to smells, please plan to be out of the home while we work.

    Remove as many items from the bathroom or area we will be working in. For those with pets or renovations/remodeling (multiple vendors working at the same time) please clean the entire room/area we will be working in BEFORE we arrive. Wipe down or dust the walls, floor, counters, sinks, etc. We try to minimize the amount of dust and pet hair in the room, however. it's inevitable and can land on the surface we are spraying during or after the refinishing process. This can cause the surface to feel rough or texturized, however, since it is on the surface, it will smooth out on its own with use and cleaning. Please see Prep instructions below.

    The newly refinished surface can last years with proper maintenance and following best practices guide. (see Best Practices Guide for details) 

    See Maintenance Guide & Touch-Up Policy below, We do not have a warranty, we have a touch up policy. If the finish bubbles or flakes off within the first 30 days, we will come and fix at no charge. After that, if anything happens to the refinish, for example gets chipped or scratched, we charge $175 to come out and do the touch up. The tub is yours to use however you want, we recommend the best way to use and maintain it to get the longest lasting use out of it.

    The refinishing process requires us to have window or door access for the exhaust system we use while we are working. We will be running 2 machines at the same time during the process and it can be noisy/loud for some people. We try our best the keep the area clean and safe while we are working in your home. We set up drop cloths and plastic to cover items in the bathroom and areas where we lay our equipment down.
